Nikki is a level 3 Hatha teacher, she also holds qualifications in Menopause Yoga, Yin and Yoga Nidra.

Her approach to teaching yoga is to create an inclusive practice where everyone is welcome to come and work at a level that feels comfortable for their body.

Myofascial Release, Yin & Spring Themed Yoga Nidra Workshop

Sunday 10th May 2.30pm-4.15pm

At Yellow Bamboo in Portobello, Edinburgh.

A deeply nourishing practice that blends Yin Yoga, Myofascial release using tennis balls, (self massage) and guided Yoga Nidra for complete physical and mental relaxation.

We’ll begin with Yin postures  enhanced with myofascial release techniques you can use at home to soften fascia and ease tension.

We will close with an extended Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep), allowing your nervous system to relax and reset as you rest comfortably and absorb the benefits of the practice.

Students of all backgrounds & physical abilities are welcome, no prior yoga or meditation experience necessary.
